FlightsFareX is an independent travel agency and lead-generation platform. This Site displays live comparison fares sourced from a third-party flight pricing data provider (we do not connect directly to a Global Distribution System). This Site is not an automated booking engine — no ticket, seat hold, or binding contract is created simply by searching or viewing a fare here. Every inquiry, fare lock-in, and ticket order is completed verbally, directly with a FlightsFareX agent by phone.
2. Fare accuracy and availability
Fares, taxes, and surcharges shown on this Site are live quotes returned by our data provider at the moment of your search. Airline pricing and availability change continuously and without notice. A fare shown during a search is not guaranteed to remain available, or available at the same price, when you call. A price is only final once your agent confirms live availability directly and issues a ticket.
Total prices quoted verbally by an agent may include an agency service fee in addition to the base carrier fare. Any such fee will be disclosed to you verbally before you agree to pay.
3. Booking, payment, and ticket issuance
When you book by phone, your agent will review your itinerary, passenger names, total cost (including taxes and fees), fare rules, and cancellation terms with you before proceeding. Providing payment details to an agent verbally authorizes them to charge the agreed amount to issue your ticket. This website does not collect, transmit, or store payment card details — all payment is handled directly between you and your agent by phone.
Once your ticket is issued, your e-ticket confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. Please review it promptly and contact your agent as soon as possible if anything looks incorrect.
4. Airline rules, changes, and cancellations
All air travel booked through FlightsFareX is subject to the operating airline's own contract of carriage, baggage rules, and schedule changes.
