- Contact details — name, phone number, and email address, when you speak with an agent, request a quote, or sign up for fare alerts
- Traveler and booking details — when you complete a booking by phone, your agent may collect traveler names as shown on ID, date of birth, and other details the airline requires to issue a ticket
- Payment details — collected verbally by your agent at the time of booking, over the phone. This website does not have an online checkout and does not collect, transmit, or store card details itself
- Special requests — seating, meal, or mobility preferences you share while planning your trip
B. Information collected automatically
- Device and connection data — IP address (used only to infer general, city-level location), browser type, and device type
- Browsing activity — pages visited and general site usage, used to understand aggregate traffic and diagnose issues

C. Information from third parties
When you search for a fare, your search criteria are sent to our third-party flight pricing data provider to retrieve live results. We do not connect to a Global Distribution System (GDS) directly; our live pricing comes from a single third-party flight data API. That provider's own privacy practices apply to its own processing of your search.

- Booking records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting rules
- Search queries that don't result in contacting an agent are not retained beyond what's needed to display results
- Call or chat records, where kept for quality purposes, are retained for a limited period unless needed for an active dispute
9. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Minor traveler details are collected only from an adult parent, guardian, or authorized adult booking contact, for the purpose of ticketing that minor's travel.

If you're contacting us from outside the country where our systems and service providers are located, your information may be processed in a different country than the one you're in. We take steps to protect information consistent with this policy wherever it's processed.
